Advertising - promotional item for Behr-Manning sand paper. The promotional material consists of a roll of paper, 3" high by roughly 48", alternating text with black and white photos. This long strip is wound around a plastic spool. At the outer end is attached an additional piece of brown paper which is the mailing label - cover. This piece was postally sent - the brown paper is a bit creased, has a small edge tear, and has an address label. There is some text on the inside of the brown paper.
