Covers have stains, which don't penetrate the inside, and a browned spine. ; Newspaper clipping pasted to the front free endpaper states: "Ernest Seton-Thompson ...has been granted permission ...to change his name to that of Ernest Thompson Seton..." Private owner's writing on that page also.
