Condition is good minus. Rebound in buckram. Light staining to the lower part of the outer edge through approx page 35 not touching the text. Two library ink stamps on the title page but no other library markings. ; Signed by the author on the copyright page. ALS (author handwritten & signed letter) laid in. Copy #67 of 250 copies. The smaller map is very good, but does have a small tear. The larger map has several tears and creases. The paper is like tissue paper, and the map is torn heavily. It seems to all open together, so I don't think any pieces of the map are detached, but a couple of the tears are long.
