Condition is good minus. Rear cover has patchy discoloration, mostly to the upper portion. Less so on the front cover. Covers have wear to the outer corners and a few very small surface digs. Spine is missing the ends and has some small edge splits. First 14 pages (title page through the introduction) have a long diagonal crease. ; Contents include "A Reply to Genl.
